Logo Terms of Use

This section sets out the terms that apply to your use of the IDAHOBIT logo and materials on the IDAHOBIT website. Your use of the IDAHOBIT logo and materials indicates to the Minus18 Foundation Ltd that you agree with these Terms of Use, as updated from time to time. We may change these Terms of Use from time to time, so please check back regularly.

Use of the IDAHOBIT logo and materials The Minus18 Foundation Ltd (ABN 60 829 316 980) owns or licenses from third parties all of the trademarks, copyright and other intellectual property that exists related to idahobit.org.au. You may only download and use the IDAHOBIT logo and material from idahobit.org.au for the non-commercial purpose of promoting IDAHOBIT.

You must not edit, alter, warp or display the IDAHOBIT logo in any way which is contrary to the purpose of IDAHOBIT as expressed on idahobit.org.au. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes any purpose that is:

  • Opposed to the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ people and identities.
  • Disrespectful, hateful, or negative towards any person or group of people.
  • Negative towards IDAHOBIT, the Minus18 Foundation Ltd or any partners or entities represented on idahobit.org.au.

Content posted by you Any content that you create or post online using the IDAHOBIT logo or materials (eg photos, videos and comments) is your responsibility, and you must make sure that you have the necessary rights to post that content (eg by obtaining permission of copyright owners if necessary or by obtaining permission to use personal information of third parties). By posting any content, you also give the Minus18 Foundation Ltd a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free worldwide right to use and reproduce that content.
